October Highlights 2025

Even though November is upon us, we thought it'd be a good time to do a 2025 highlights edition of last October and Halloween! The Spooky Costume Contest returned for another year, and the creativity was off the charts. There were also some exciting new Meshcaid marketplace additions throughout the month.

Like previous years, the contest took place via the Meshcaid community Discord, where participants submitted their Halloween-themed avatars. Voting was conducted through reactions, with two rounds: an initial voting round to select the top three finalists, followed by a final round to determine the winners.

For 2025, three costumes stood out and made it to the final round:

• Jack's Cyclops

• Jake's Plague Doctor

• Exabyte's Repo Man

A big congratulations to the winners of this year's Spooky Costume Contest!

The first and second-place winners will receive their very own custom Voodoo dolls based on their winning submissions. First place will receive the Cyclops Voodoo Doll, and second place will receive the Plague Doctor Voodoo Doll Necklace.

That's not all, either—throughout October, our 2025 Halloween collection was released with some hauntingly good additions. A total of 9 items were released, continuing the spooky tradition from years past.

The classic Jack-o'-Head also returned for the season, available for a limited time as it does every October.

Additionally, Jack-o'-Head: Stygian Verdant from last year's 2024 Halloween collection went Unique this October, joining the ranks of tradable marketplace items.
